SWEAT PROGRAM
6 weeks (Non subscription)

*App based guided follow along workouts for busy moms short on time, post-partum moms or women who in general do better with a follow along approach trying to get back into a routine!

*Workouts will be in your app calendar Monday-Friday but you can move around for what fits your schedule. 2 Upper body days, 2 Lower Body days, 1 cardio or bodyweight HIIT day ranging from 30-45 minutes!

*Bodyweight or minimal equipment suggested:

  • 3,5,8,10,15 lbs Dumbbells

  • 20 lb Kettlebell or Dumbbell

  • Bench or Chair

  • Step up

  • FFF resistance band or jump rope (optional)

*Taebo, HIIT, Tabata, Full Body, Split Body Training all guided by me with proper form.

*Private Facebook CommUNITY with 1-2 Live workouts that stay viewable for 24 hours plus weekly Nutrition Talks

*Accountability through the App daily messenger with weekly reminders and 24/7 access to me, but the Sweat program does not give you access to free merchandise for every 100th workout or challenge accountability. If you want more of a challenge I would suggest the Strong program.
