My Story
Welcome! I am Stephanie Rofkahr, owner of fit.four.five! I am married to my high school sweetheart and the proud mom of three: ages 25, 23 & 14. Yes, you read that right – age 14. My oldest are both girls, and yes, the 14 year old was planned, if you were wondering!
I was always athletic growing up; more of a tomboy, I would say. I played softball, travel ball, ran track, and was even on a speed-skating team. In high school, I became a little more “girly” and competed in pageants, took dance, and spent all of my Friday nights working out at the local gym where my then “soon-to-be-husband” trained.
I’ve always worked out in some shape or form, but later switched to home base after having my daughters. In my 30’s, I got hooked on running and ran warrior dashes, mud runs, half and full marathons. At age 40, I had to give up running over 3 miles due to a knee injury. My dad had to have double knee replacement surgery, and because I knew the road he had endured, I wasn’t going to go that direction. My son, at the age of five, was also in a near death drowning accident, spent a week in a coma and we were told he would never make a full recovery. This obviously caused me to quit taking care of myself and focus on his well being. I made a promise to God while he was lying in that hospital bed that when Ram does make a full recovery and he did, that I would make a difference in this world, but this didn’t happen overnight.
At the same time of his accident and while he was recovering, my oldest left for college, I went in a major depression and totally quit taking care of myself. My oldest was kind of the core of her siblings. Her sister missed her dearly, and her brother cried almost every night for her. He was so young and he didn’t understand why she wasn’t living with us anymore. After putting on over 30 pounds in 5 months, I knew I had to get back into fitness. It seriously is the best drug and therapy for anyone. I got myself back into the gym, and renewed my NASM CPT and Nutrition certifications. In 2019, I started competing in NPC bikini body building competitions where I have placed 3rd, 2nd and five 1st place wins which now has me Nationally Qualified for 2020! In October 2019, I joined the ‘Get Amped Mastermind’ Program out of Arizona under the direction of James Patrick for the year of 2020! I have became a member of the Reframe Biz Mastermand program for 2021, as I am always keeping on top of running a social media business! I have been featured in Train for Her magazine, Dfyne magazine, SUAVV magazine, to name a few. I am also a food blogger for Nutrishop and a regular at Akins Natural Foods in the Arkansas/Oklahoma area. My nutritional tips have also been featured in My Fitness Pal and you can see my regularly on 2WorksForYou Tulsa morning show and KATVnews Good Afternoon Arkansas. I have been hired for speaking engagements at churches, schools, and masterminds to share my expertise and knowledge of the importance of nutrition and exercise into your daily life.
WHY ME?? I’m a wife, mom, sister, friend and I know the many struggles of taking time out for yourself. I have raised children, battled depression and have had hormones issues. I can lead you the right direction with the combination of my connections with other health providers plus I am both a NASM Certified personal trainer and Nutrition certified! NASM is the highest certification there is PLUS, as a full time working mom, I know the struggles women experience on taking time out for themselves. I am currently a NPC bikini competitor who has always placed in Top 5, I might add and in 2021 I received two 1st place finishes in the over 40+ and 45+ bikini division. My 2023 season is wrapped up and I finished in 4th place at the prestigious Gary Udit Show in Pittsburg against some of the toughest competition in the world. There is nothing more enduring than putting your body through a competition season. I am right for you BUT if I’m not, I will find someone who is! Bottom line, I’m here to guide you, help you, love you and be there for accountability along with the FFF FAM!
Let me get you feeling your best by moving everyday, so that you can feel comfortable in your own skin, or more importantly keep you releasing your natural endorphins. Exercise and movement is the best drug there is. Did I mention that I just turned 51 in January of 2024, but I feel 21! Put me up against anyone half my age and I promise you I can out work them, and so can you! Age is only a number and taking care of yourself will make you AGELESS! As of February 2024, I am back in school to attain my Functional Nutrition license to better serve my clients and community.
With my fitness app, I will show you proper form, nutrition, and I have customized my app where you have to mark off your daily tasks to keep you accountable. Most of my clients have built their own home gym where they roll out of bed and get their workouts in that I have scheduled for them. I have two home workout programs plus a gym program. The Sweat program is 30 minute max and you follow along with me and my Strong Home/Gym program is interchangeable if you want to switch from home/gym. This is a progressive overload approach and the workouts range from 45-60 minutes. Women (and men-yes we have a men’s program) love my guidance so they are efficient with their workouts. I'm the one she is referring to in her bio that she spent her high school Friday nights with at the gym. I was a personal trainer WAY BACK when personal trainers were not so popular. I've always been into fitness and I know how important exercise is in your day to day lifestyle! Getting a good sweat is so beneficial for your mental and overall health!
I have seen firsthand over the last six years what helping other women succeed in their overall health has done to Stephanie's overall well-being, so I decided to join forces with her! I help Stephanie on the supplement side of our business and I train our men clients online with Rof.fit that you purchase through our app. In my previous years, I helped clients with weight training, running form for increased speed and exercises for quicker foot speed!
